This large commercial size electric butter churn is perfect for small to medium sized farms or for organic restaurants wanting to make large quantities of their own butter.  High powered electric motor. Depending on the cream temperature (10 to 15°C) and the fat content of the cream, the process takes between 20 and 35 minutes. The device stops after 35 minutes automatically. The butter churn should be filled with a minimum of 6 liters to a maximum of 13 liters of cream.  Constructed out of food-grade stainless steel.  After completion, the buttermilk can easily be drained by the outlet.
